Dr. Dodridge D. Miller, FCCA, MBA, LLM

Dr. Dodridge Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Sagicor Financial Corporation (SFC) since July 1, 2002. He is Chairman and a Director of many subsidiaries within the Sagicor group such as Sagicor Group Jamaica limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Investments Limited and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited.

 He is a UK trained Chartered Certified Accountant who holds a MBA in Finance and a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of the West Indies. He is also a Director of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited.


Christopher Zacca
President & CEO, BSc, MSc.

Mr. Zacca is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited. He brings a wealth of business and management experience in both the public and private sectors spanning over three decades.

He is highly respected in the private sector where he has held senior management positions at Desnoes and Geddes, ATL Group, Air Jamaica Ltd. and serves as the President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica.

His track record in public sector service is equally impressive having served as special advisor to the Prime Minister from 2009-2011. He is a former Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica and the National Health Fund.

He has also served on numerous State boards including the Factories Corporation, National Education Trust and JAMPRO.

Mr. Zacca holds a MBA from the University of Florida and a B.Sc in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Mr Paul R. Hanworth, MA, MSc, ACA, CPA

Mr Hanworth is the Chief Financial Officer at Pan Jamaican Investment Trust Limited and an entrepreneur with over 30 years of international experience in financial and strategic leadership.

Hanworth joined the Board of Directors in July 2008 and now serves as a Director for Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Life Of Jamaica Limited. He is a Chartered Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant who holds a M.Sc. in Management from Hartford Graduate Centre and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Cambridge University.


Mr Peter Clarke

Mr Clarke is a financial consultant, who was appointed to the Board of Sagicor Life Jamaica in October, 2012. He is a director of Sagicor Financial Corporation and several other companies with the Group, including Sagicor Life Inc., Sagicor Asset Management Trinidad and Tobago Ltd., Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited. He is a former Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and a former director of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

 He is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University and a law degree from Downing College, Cambridge University.


Mrs  Jacqueline D. Coke Lloyd

Mrs Coke Lloyd serves as a Director of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited. 

Mrs Coke Lloyd is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Jamaica Employers' Federation (JEF) where she served for 10 years. During her tenure she was influential in advocating and facilitating improvements in employer-employee relations and general productivity in the workplace. Before working with the JEF, she worked as Personnel, Internal Relations and Administration Manager with the Thermo-plastics Group of Companies and as an Officer of the National Investment bank of Jamaica (NIBJ).

Educated in Jamaica and Italy, she holds a BSc in Administrative Management, a Diploma in Human Resource Development and Certificates in Administrative Management and Management Studies

She is currently a Board Member at the University of Technology and has also been on the Boards of a number of notable institutions including the National Housing Trust, Jamaica Employers’ Federation, Young Entrepreneurs Association and Caribbean Employers’ Confederation.

Ms Coke-Lloyd’s participation in organizations like the Women’s Leadership Initiative, the Optimist Club of Barbican Pines, the International Labour Organization and Women Business Owners displays her dedication to effective social transformation.

In both the business and social arenas, Jacqueline has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, service and dedication, the same values at the core of Sagicor’s success. She’s the founder of Make Your Mark Consultants (MYMC); a corporate support firm of which she is a partner. In addition to her professional commitments she remains committed to her family which consists of husband Evon Lloyd, and their three children.


Mr Jeffrey C. Cobham, BA, Dip. Mgmt.

Mr Jeffrey Carl Cobham currently sits on the Boards of Sagicor Property Services Limited, Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands Ltd., Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited. 

He also sits on the boards of Salada Foods Jamaica Limited and Pulse Investments Limited.

He is the Chancellor's representative to the UWI's Mona Campus Council and sits on its Finance and General Purposes, and Audit Committees.


Dr. Marjorie Fyffe-Campbell, BSc, MSc

Dr. Marjorie Fyffe-Campbell is a Management Executive with over twenty two (22) years’ experience in Finance and Accounting at the Executive Management level. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a BSc. and a M.Sc. in Accounting. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica as well as a former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Corporation, Jamaica. Mrs Fyffe-Campbell is a part-time Lecturer in Financial and Management Accounting at the Mona School of Business of the University of the West Indies where she is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with emphasis on corporate governance.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sagicor Financial Corporation (SFC), Sagicor Property Services Limited, Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited.


Mr Richard L. Downer, CD, FCA

Mr Richard Downer, a former Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Jamaica is a director of Sagicor Financial Services Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited. He is a member of the Rating Committee of CariCRIS Limited and a director of ICD Limited and Dolphin Cove Limited.

Mr Downer has served on other private sector boards including Victoria Mutual Building Society and Lacelles deMercado and Co. Limited. In the public sector he has served as Executive Director of the Bureau of Management Support in the Office of the Prime Minister of Jamaica and a director of the Bank of Jamaica and was Chairman of the Coffee Industry Board for eight years. He has also served on the boards and audit committees of the National Education Trust, the Overseas Examination Commission and the Tourism Enhancement Fund. 


​​Mrs Sharon Roper

Mrs. Roper is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic management. She has excelled in the fields of Management Consulting and Communications in Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean. She possesses expertise in project management of large-scale brand strategy, product development and sales force implementations initiatives. As well as being one of the Board of Directors of Sagicor Life Jamaica, Roper also sits on the Corporate Governance and Ethics Committee.

She is the founder and Managing Director of SIAN Associates, an International Strategic Brand Marketing and Business Consultancy. Prior to this undertaking, she held senior management positions at Columbus Communications (Flow) Jamaica, Digicel Group, Accenture Plc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

Mrs. Roper holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business Studies and Finance from Suffolk College, University of East Anglia, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM, UK. She now resides in Jamaica with her husband and four children.


Mr Stephen B. Facey, BA, M. Arch

Mr Stephen Facey is the CEO of Pan Jamaican Investment Trust, a Director of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, Pan Jamaican Investment Trust Limited, First Jamaica Investments Limited, Hardware & Lumber Limited, and the Kingston Restoration Company Limited.
Mr Facey is a graduate of Rice University and holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He is President of the New Kingston Civic Association.

Leadership Team (Sagicor Group/ Sagicor Life)

Mr Richard O. Byles, BSc, MSc.

Mr Byles is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited. Under his leadership the Group has evolved through a series of acquisitions, the most recent being the purchase of the banking operations of RBC Jamaica.

Prior to his tenure at Sagicor Group, Mr Byles was the President and CEO of Pan Jamaican Investment Trust Limited (Pan Jam) where he steered that group through a number of mergers, acquisitions and divestments. He successfully led Pan Jam's largest subsidiary; First Life Insurance Company Limited, through the financial crisis in the 1990's. He remains a Director of Pan Jam.

Mr Byles is also Board Chairman of the Sagicor Real Estate X-Fund and Desnoes and Geddes Limited, brewers of Red Stripe Beer as well as a Director of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited. He is a Vice President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica and Co-chairman of Jamaica's Economic Programme Oversight Committee (EPOC), which has oversight responsibility for the implementation of the current IMF Agreement with the Government of Jamaica. 

Mr Byles holds a BSc. in Economics from the University of the West Indies and a MSc. in National Development from the University of Bradford, England.


Mr Errol McKenzie, BSc, MBA, FLMI, JP

Executive Vice President - Employee Benefits

Mr Errol McKenzie joined Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited in 1975, and served the company in various capacities in the Investment, Internal Audit, and Employee Benefits Divisions.

He is currently Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division of LOJ with direct responsibility for the management of Group Life and Health Insurance programs and Pension Services Business, a Division which he has managed since 1994.

Mr McKenzie holds both a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Howard University District of Columbia, Washington D.C. He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a certified member of the Health Insurance Association of America and he is a Justice of the Peace.

He is a member of the Jamaica Golf Association management committee with active involvement in training high school students in the disciplines of golf.


Mr Willard Brown, B.Sc., FSA

Mr Brown is the Executive Vice President of the Actuarial, Risk Management Departments and Employee Benefits AdministratorEmployee Benefits Division. He joined the Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited family in 1991 and has served the company in various capacities including Information Technology, Special Projects Departments before joining the Employee Benefits Division.

Willard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.


Mr Ivan B.O'B. Carter, MBA, FLMI

Mr Ivan Carter is Executive Vice President Finance and Information Technology and CFO for Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited.

Prior to this, he served at the Sagicor Group in Barbados where he held many senior positions within the Finance Division, rising to the post of Vice President, Finance and Assistant Treasurer.

Mr Carter has extensive knowledge and experience in Life Insurance, Accounting and Finance and has played leading roles in numerous corporate projects over the years, including many mergers and acquisitions.

In his current capacity as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Mr Carter is responsible to the President and the Board of Directors for the accounting function, the financial reporting, use of technology and the strategic financial management of the organization.


Mr Mark Chisholm, MBA

Mark Chisholm, Vice President in Sales - Individual Life Division, joined Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited in January 1989 as a Clerk and has served in various departments within the Company.

Mr Chisholm has direct responsibility for sales in Jamaica and Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands. He currently lectures at the University of the West Indies.

He holds a Post Degree diploma in Marketing & Sales from the University of West Indies, a Diploma in Marketing from the University of New Orleans (UNO) and has completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction.


Mr Karl Williams, BSc, MBA

Mr Karl Williams is the Vice President of Human Resources. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Life Insurance Industry. He currently has responsibility for the all Human Resource functions and is an active member of several national business councils. 

Mr Williams’ mandate is to promote a high-performance culture by implementing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and that foster the development of a team that lives and values high performance. He is a highly trained and experienced management executive with over twenty (20) years of successful leadership and managerial responsibilities in Marketing & Sales, Training & Development and Human Resource Management. He is the Chairman of the Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ) Human Resource Committee and President of the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMA).

Mr Williams started with Island Life Insurance Company as a life insurance agent and proceeded to hold posts as Training Manager and Director of Marketing, before being appointed AVP Corporate Marketing and ultimately VP Human Resources at Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited.


Mrs Janice Grant Taffe, LLB

Mrs Grant Taffe is an Attorney-at-Law with over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry specializing in the areas of insurance, commercial, property and company law.

She was the Life Insurance Companies Association's representative to the Joint Select Committee of Parliament to present submissions from the Insurance Industry on the changes in beneficiary designations in 1995.  Mrs Grant Taffe has written several articles and made presentations on the topic from time to time.

She is also recognized for her work in bringing about legislative changes in the Insurance Act, resulting in the Insurance Act 2004.

Grant Taffe is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association, Soroptimist Club of Kingston and a member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Employees Co-Op Credit Union.


Donovan H. Perkins BA (Hons.), MBA

President & CEO, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited

Mr Perkins has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited as well as Board Member of Sagicor Investment s Jamaica Limited. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry, both locally and in the United States. 

He previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (since 1993) and was responsible for the company's overall direction and operations. He has led the company through a number of mergers and acquisitions, resulting in the formation of a strong and diversified financial services group.

 He remains a director of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited. Mr Perkins is a Board Member of Pan Jamaican Investments Trust Limited and the Jamaica Producers Group. He is also Chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and Tourism Linkages Council. He previously served in the public sector as Deputy Chairman of the National Water Commission as well as Director of the National Insurance Fund and Jamaica Social Investment Fund.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance (Hons.) from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Daren School at The University of Virginia.
